Week at The Tasting Bar: Five Under Ten
If you're trying to
strike a balance between tightening your belt and enjoying terrific wine,
then you definitely need to stop by The Tasting Bar this week. That's because this Thursday, Friday
and Saturday we are featuring five
fantastic wines that retail for under $10 each. These wines are not only unique and
affordable...they also taste terrific, too. Come in and sample a Riesling
from Washington State; an Ugni Blanc Colombard from France; a
Montepulciano D'Abruzzo and a Chianti from Italy; and a Zinfandel from
California's Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma. We'll be pouring them Thursday and Friday from 5-8 and
Saturday from 1-5 p.m. Click on

We love lamb...lamb
chops, rack of lamb, lamb stew...whatever. And we love winter squash. So, when we
came across Australian Lamb
Marsala with Braised Winter Squash, we knew we'd found a winner
because it combines two of our favorite foods and uses our favorite
cooking wine, Marsala, as well. Check

we are hosting our Super Snacks and
Super Wines for Your Super Bowl Party class. Most of the snacks will be based around
the famous foods of the cities of the two competing teams. But to kick it up a notch, we'd like to
hear what your favorite Super
