This
Week at The Tasting Bar
The holiday rush is over and The Tasting Bar is back in full swing.
We're very excited about the new Spanish wines we've recently added to
our inventory. And we want you to get excited about them, too.
Spain currently has 73 areas of the country that are producing wines, but
we'll be tasting wines from only five of them! We'll be pouring two zippy
white wines from the Navarra and Rueda regions and three big, bold reds
from Rioja, Campo de Borja and Jumilla. Each of these wines have lively
aromas and rich flavors and are sure to become some of your
favorites. But if you don't try them, you won't know how darn good
they taste! So make sure you get into the shop Thursday or Friday
from 5-8 or Saturday from 1-5 p.m. Click on

Recipe of the Week
This week's recipe is a grown-up, lighter version of an old favorite,
Macaroni and Cheese. Mac-n-Cheese Minis from Epicurious.com uses chicken
broth and cornstarch instead of whole milk or cream and then adds a
little "adult" flavoring to kick it up a notch. We liked
