Week Hours Extended
We want to make finding the perfect wine for your Thanksgiving holiday a
little easier. That's why we're going to extend our normal business hours
even a little more. Tonight we're staying open until 9 p.m. and on
Wednesday we'll be opening at 9 a.m. and closing at 9 p.m. This gives you
more time to browse and shop. Here's the revised schedule:
Tuesday 11/24:
Close at 9 p.m.
Wednesday 11/25:
9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday
(Thanksgiving Day) 11/26: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Friday 11/27:
10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 11/28:
10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday 11/29:
noon to 5 p.m.
This Week at The Tasting Bar
What are you going to do with your out-of-town company this
weekend? Here's an idea. Bring them to The Tasting Bar at The Savvy
Wine Cellar on Friday from 5-8 or Saturday from 1-5 p.m. We've got a very
nice post-Turkey Day wine line up for you and you just might need to

Cooking Recipe of the Week
This week we have an appetizer recipe for you to try and to go along with
it we found a great cocktail recipe from Foodnetwork.com and Giada
DeLaurentis. Pesto-Goat Cheese Dip with Pita Chips is an easy appetizer
to toss together because you can use jarred basil pesto and store bought
pita chips. Make it a day ahead of time and you have a great
appetizer for Thanksgiving Day. Here's

cocktail combines one of our favorites, Prosecco, with orange
and pomegranate juice. Check it out.
If you prefer your Prosecco or other sparkling wines straight up without
any juice, here are a couple of our favorites. Any of them will
pair nicely with the appetizer.
