Recipe of the Week
On Monday night we
enjoyed Australian Lamb Marsala
with Braised Winter Squash for dinner. We found the recipe in Fine Cooking magazine and, we have
to say, it was fabulous. And we
enjoyed it with a bottle of Stump Jump Shiraz from Australia. The wine paired perfectly with the lamb
and squash flavors. If you'd like
